Another exciting milestone for Lasail has been achieved as external faced works are well underway. The first scaffold drop is programmed early next month.         
     

The team is also moving forward with structural works for townhomes 1-4 on level 1, which is near completion, at 75%.
     

Construction to the spectacular pool villas commenced this month, bringing new life to level 3.  
     

On the upper levels, we have seen excellent progress as internal linings are finalised on level 4, and internal framing complete up to level 5. This milestone has allowed for services to be roughed-in on schedule. While on Level 6, the installation of firewalls are complete, and internal framing to commence shortly.  

The preliminary inground works of stage 2 are now finalised. We expect level one concrete slab pour and formwork slabs to be completed by the end of the week.
